Compressors generate moist compressed air that contains oil. In the compressed air system. Downstream of the compressor, this moisture will condense and form an oil-water mixture. The result is condensate. This condensate is drained off securely and without any loss of compressed air by using the level-controlled electronic condensate drains of the series
e c o d r a i n ED 3000.
Regulated by strict laws (Federal Water Act), this condensate must not get into the canalisation without purification. Oil water separators of the series e c o s e p S und e c o s e p S L clean the oil containing condensate (oil-water mixtures) in accordance with the existing law.
With the emulsion separator of the series a q u a f i l -K oil water emulsions (e.g. possible with compressors that have operating pressures of 10 bar or more) can be purified securely and efficiently. Furthermore with this series emulsions can be purified below thresholds the law asks for. And all this can be done without producing any solid waste! |
